What I'm doing here is going against all the good advice I've been given by well-meaning people I've encountered since I started my study of how to make money online. Over and over, those I've been learning from have told me that the Internet Marketing niche is much too competitive and should be avoided.
So Why am I doing this?
Let me answer a question with a question. Did you remember spending days, weeks, or even months learning how to do something and suddenly, one day, just realize that you were very good at it - Better in fact than most?
That's what happened to me. You see, I've spent most of my time for over three years studying how to use the internet to make money. It's never been good enough for me to just "get by." I have always wanted to know, not just how to do something, but why it works the way it does. For that reason and others, I've learned more about what it takes to build an online business than most people know who have online businesses.
My biggest mistake is that I spent so much time learning and so little time doing anything with what I learned. Like Mike Litman says, "You don't have to get it right, you just have to get it going." While I do think a certain amount of planning and preparation are desirable, I spent far too long learning and far too little time doing. There's something to be learned from everything and, along with the "how to's," I'll stress getting into OJT as soon as is practical.
